Gendoo では、allelic heterogeneity（遺伝子と関連疾患リスト）と non-allelic heterogeneity（疾患と関連遺伝子リスト）のデータを公開していますが、今年分のデータを公開しました。このデータも3年目で、2008年から今年までの3年分のデータを公開しています。
The 2010 version of allelic and non-allelic heterogeneity data are available. Allelic heterogeneity is the list of genes and their related diseases, and non-allelic heterogeneity shows the list of diseases and their related genes. The 2008 and 2009 version are also available.
遺伝子名や疾患名で検索した際、検索候補の遺伝子/疾患のリストが出るわけですが、今まで、それらを一括で選択する、という機能はありませんでした。今回、リクエストをいただいて、この機能をつけてみました。
"Check All" button is added to candidate genes/diseases lists. These lists are provided by gene/disease name search.
今まで、インターフェースはあまりがんばっていなかったのですが、修正中です。とりあえず、現在の暫定版、ということでpreサイトで公開しておきます。
結果画面の方もいくつか手直ししました。まずは、MeSHのキーワードやOMIMの疾患名に日本語訳をつけました。今まで英語だったのでよくわからなかった単語も、日本語訳がついてイメージしやすくなったのでは、と思っています。また、統合ホームページ (lifesciencedb.jp)の横断検索へのリンクもつけました。 今後は、各種リンクや結果のダウンロードをやろうと思っています。
New interface is available. For Japanese users, Japanese translations of MeSH keywords and OMIM disease names are added to high-scoring list view. Hyperlink to lifesciencedb.jp cross search service (by Integrated Database Project of MEXT of Japan) is also added.
Gendooの論文が、Nucleic Acids Research Advanced Access から公開されました! この論文は、NAR Web Server Issue に載せるべく書いたものです。 Gendoo自体は、インターフェースの改良や、日本語対応、新しいデータの追加など計画しています（一部は、preサイトから公開しはじめています）。今後とも、Gendooをよろしくお願いします。コメントなども大歓迎です。

今まで、複数のGene IDやOMIM IDで検索するのは（そういう検索欄だったこともあり）比較的簡単だったのですが、複数の遺伝子名や疾患名で検索するのは、少々、コツが必要でした。
今回、複数の遺伝子や疾患の名前で直感的に検索できるように、プログラムやインターフェースを改良しました。
In previous version of Gendoo, it is tricky to make a query for multiple gene or disease names. Here, we update the program and interface so that user can search associations more easily by inputting multiple gene and disease names.
Arabidopsisでの遺伝子/キーワードデータを追加しました。 pre サイト( http://gendoo.dbcls.jp/pre/ ) から利用できます。実際のデータは、 http://gendoo.dbcls.jp/pre/data/ から取得可能です。
これでしばらくは、新たな生物種の追加はありません。リクエストがあればおしらせください。
Arabidopsis association data is added. You can search associations between genes and MeSH keywords via Gendoo pre site (http://gendoo.dbcls.jp/pre/). These data are downloadable from http://gendoo.dbcls.jp/pre/data/.
I have no plan to add new association data for other species, but any requests are welcome.
